Travelling by car

Rainhill lies on the A57 Prescot-Warrington road, about 1 mile from junction 7 of M62.That junction connects with link roads to St Helens and Widnes.
From the east, junct 7, follow A57 Prescot. Enter Rainhill Village, passing two churches. After the pedestrian traffic lights turn left and follow the road round the back of the precinct (past the first car park). The hall can then be seen to the right.
From the west follow A57 from Prescot and Whiston. Go over the railway bridge at the traffic lights. Turn right before the pedestrian lights and follow the road round to the right behind the precinct.
When leaving the hall turn right out of the car park, as the road to the left becomes one way, in the opposite direction. At the end of the road, Weaver Avenue, turn right again and drive over a bridge to traffic lights which are at the junction with A57. Whiston and Prescot are to the left, St Helens and the motorway to the right.
